The goal of this 6 week challenge is to get your body moving in ways you may not have challenged it to before and fueling RIGHT! It starts September 23rd and the first webinar will be on September 29th at 8am EST. 

6 Weeks to Wellness will incorporate habit building and stacking, an anything-but-boring 3x a week workout program, self-set goals each day, and guidance when it comes to the realm of nutrition.

Hailey will also be hosting 3 live group coaching calls as an included part of the challenge. They will be focused on training & nutrition, with opportunity to ask questions at the end. Webinars will be recorded and distributed to those who sign up the live session time cannot be attended.

There will be a $200 winner at the end of the 6 weeks that will be chosen via random drawing! Winner will also get 1 month of free nutrition coaching!
