Hey guys, what’s up?! I’m a NBHWC Board Certified PNL2 Nutritionist, NCCPT Personal Trainer, & CFL1 CrossFit Coach in sunny Ormond Beach, Florida. I'm so happy that you’re here! You must truly care about your health and well-being in a full-circle kind of way. Welcome! I'm here to give you everything you need in order to become the healthiest version of you, in and out of the gym. You'll receive 1:1 nutrition consulting at the tap of a button, custom workouts, programming to get you ready for your next local CrossFit Comp, HYROX workout, or even programming to get you into the gym for the first time! I show you exactly how to complete each workout so that you're comfortable in the gym or doing your workouts at-home! So here's the lowdown: Once you start training on the app, you'll have access to every single program I create, whether it's a multi-week/month-long program, or a category of workouts that you can do in whatever order and cadence you'd like. I also release new programming weekly and show you exactly what I do each week (which changes all the time). You can also DM me personally on here to talk through your health goals. This is where I recommend you strike up a conversation with me if you're wanting to chat through your nutrition. I am happy to provide you with any consulting or advice you're looking to get, and even a macro split as well! Frequently asked questions

Do I need a gym membership?
Nope! There are workouts fore every circumstance that you may be thrown into: from home, to gym, to sidewalk, to CrossFit gym and more! You'll have access to thousands of workouts that can be performed from the comfort of your home, not just my own, but workouts from many other creators as well! If you do wish to use the app at the gym, you can do that too — there are thousands of workouts that were built for a standard gym. BONUS: you do not need a gym membership for any of my nutritional guidance in the app, that's included!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
No, I recommend a gym membership or using what you have at home to start!
Is there a set order that I should be doing the workouts in?
Not unless you want to! There are one-off workouts that you can do while traveling or on a time crunch, and then there are also built-out programs that you can follow based on what I outline in them :)
I am a beginner, will this app work for me?
Yes it will! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I can help you succeed. The best part is that I will be there the whole time! You can message me on the app whenever you have any questions at all! Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness.
