There are some bodyweight only workouts that you can do at home, and some that you can do with just dumbbells! A few of the programs may use standard gym equipment. Some even use gym equipment that is exclusive to CrossFit gyms such as ropes to climb. You'll have access to thousands of workouts that can be performed from the comfort of your home, not just my own, but workouts from many other creators as well! If you do wish to use the app at the gym, you can do that too — there are thousands of workouts that were built for a standard gym. You do not need a gym membership for any of my nutritional guidance in the app!
