Do I need to purchase equipment?
No, I recommend a gym membership or using what you have at home to start!
Is there a set order that I should be doing the workouts in?
I recommend following the order of the workouts within the challenge! For example, it will say "Week 1, Day 1".
I am a beginner, can I participate in this challenge?
Of course! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this challenge can be done by anybody of any level! This challenge is meant to teach you the basics to make you become an intermediate level when it comes to the gym and your nutrition.
Do I need a gym membership?
I recommend a standard gym membership for this challenge.
